Gain confidence in your body and it's amazing abilities by learning how the body is designed to give birth and how we can work with what our bodies are designed to do. Our minds and bodies continually interact with one another, and these interactions powerfully influence our fears. We will learn how the body responds to fear, fear reducing strategies, creating space for confidence to grow and a greater ability to enter a relaxed state and as well as practice relaxation techniques and scripts to help you work with your birth, and create a calm peaceful birth experience.
The focus of mindfulness and the practice of deep relaxation prenatally will help you become empowered to create a calm and peaceful birth experience .
