| Yoga Class Registration

Prenatal Yoga and Baby & Me Yoga. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to

Step One
Please review the following details about
these classes:

Fee for Prenatal Yoga: $100
(plus GST = $105.00)

Fee for Baby & Me Yoga: $100
(plus GST = $105.00)

Once you have registered, we will hold your spot for a maximum of
two weeks without payment.

Refunds are available up to 3
weeks ahead of the class, minus a $15 administration
fee.
No refunds will be given within three weeks of the class start date.

Class dates are subject to change. As
well, we cannot guarantee that the class you have selected
will be available. In the event that it is full, we will contact you
to discuss other options.
Step Two
Please complete the following form. This
information helps us get to know you better so we can best tailor the
class to meet your needs. Alternatively, you can phone us at (204)
792-6769 and we can complete your registration over the phone.
Step Three
Please mail us your cheque. Once we have
received your cheque, we will email you a confirmation letter and reserve
your spot in our class.
For your convenience, you will be directed to a page that lists our mailing
address and fee information after you have completed Step
Two. You can print that page for your records.
