Cuts and Bumps and Little Ones - first aid for families
Date: January 20th from 10 am to 12:30 pm or February 15
Cost: Special Price of $5.00 plus GS
Overview
This course is offered to parents who want to learn First Aid and how to apply these useful skills with their families.
*Shock/fainting/unconsciousness
*Choking - Infant/Child/Adult
*Medical Conditions, allergic reactions, fevers, diabetes, seizures
*Wound Care
*Poisons, stings and burns

The instructor is a Birth Roots certified Doula and a St. John Ambulance certified instructor.

Private Hypnotherapy Session
Date: Scheduled individually based on availability
Cost: Hourly rate is $95/hr
Overview
Fears, anxieties and limiting beliefs about a woman’s ability to birth gently, can hold her back from having the birth she wants. Sometimes these things can be taken care of by preparing and gathering information during prenatal classes but sometimes those classes bring up new fears or exacerbate existing ones. Birth Roots now offers private sessions with a certified Hypnotherapist to help women clear out limiting emotions and beliefs, helping her prepare for a positive birth experience. In order to complete emotional clearing it is best to book the first session for 2hrs and each session should be booked with time flexibility so you are able to complete what was started. Hourly rate is $95/hr paid at the end of each session. You can register for a session online by following the link below. Registration is under HypnoBirthing.
Facilitator Biographie:
Tami Tozeland is a certified Hypnotherapist, certified birth doula, certified HypnoBirthing Educator as well as a certified childbirth educator. She has worked with Birth Roots for 7 years and has been attending births during that time in Winnipeg. Her Hypnotherapy training was completed long before she became a birth doula and childbirth educator and she feels the two services compliment each other perfectly. Tami’s career goals include supporting birthing families to have the best experience welcoming thier baby’s into their families as possible.

Fit 4 Two
Overview
Fit 4 Two is offering Prenatal Fitness Fusion, Tummies for Mummies, and Mom and Baby Fitness Fusion at our location.
All Fit 4 Two Instructors are Certified Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialists and Provincially Registered Fitness Instructors and/or Personal Trainers. We follow the guidelines outlined by the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC) and maintain current CPR/First Aid.

Overview
Congratulations on the birth of your Baby!
With the help of the loving Team of professionals at Birth Roots Doula Collective Inc. you have been cared for prenatally, and during the arrival of your little one with some help through the postpartum recovery.
So what happens now………
Birth Roots would like to introduce Babies In Bloom!
Babies In Bloom is a Parent N Tot Montessori Play School with an educational focus for both you and your little one.
It is owned and operated by Miss April Beauregard, who is an Early Childhood Educator, and Infant Montessori Teacher who dreamed of providing a safe, fun, and educational play center for families with children 0 thru 3 years of age.
The Parent N Tot Montessori Play School was designed to emerge parents in a child care setting, while teaching them to play educationally with their child. Group activities and routines as well as the Montessori Classroom await you as you begin this journey. The Play School accepts children 6 months - 3 and is the only program where all siblings under 3 can attend together while still having individual lessons fitting their age and development. The small multi-age classes take place mornings or afternoons and are perfect for Parents, Grandparents and/or caregivers.

Enrichment Programs in Musik, Dance and Fitness for your child beginning at 3 weeks of age thru 3 years of age take place afternoons, evenings and weekends!

A unique sophisticated party in a child friendly environment and the only place specializing in Baby Birthday celebrations for 1st, 2nd and 3 rd Birthdays as well as Baby Showers. Bookings are for Saturday and Sunday Afternoons.
